 		I'm kind of everywhere with music too. I really love Kevin Devine, Brand New and the Wonder Years for favorites.
I really like what I guess is considered current pop punk. And by that I mean the Wonder Years (best thing to come out of my hometown I think), Four Year Strong, Fireworks, Man Overboard, ect.
And EMH got me back into the Decemberists and Animal Collective.
And I really like things that are folk influenced.

Edit: Mira, first Sigur, now Bunnicula, you may be my newest favorite person.

 		The only thing I'm looking forward to with the new Marble Hornets, is hopefully more Marlboro Hornets. That soundtrack is probably the best dark ambient I've heard, no joke. Blows NIN's "Ghosts" right out of the water.

Other than that...well, EMH has completely blown MH out of the water for me. Very Happy

 		Gah, sorry I didn't reply last night guys, I was sleeping the night away hoping that some relaxation would coax Lil out. As it stands, she's not making an apperance yet. She's either waiting for this weekends snow OR she's waiting for an eviction notice and a legally binding contract lol. I'm heading out for the day and keep showing signs that she's gonna come out but nothing to say that it's for definite. I just feel like I've got the flu at the minute. If I weren't so heavy at the moment I'd go for a jog lol. Might run up and down the stairs, see if that sets her off.

in all honesty so did I lol. Neh I had to go to bed. I was knackered and fed up of going into false labour last night. TWICE the little minx did it. Hopefully she's not waiting for the snow that we're supposed to get this weekend. The UK is terrible when it snows. Mainly because everyone thinks it's a great excuse to stop driving completely and hold up all traffic. Think I'd get to the hospital quicker if I walked there if that happens lol.

It helps to think of it as a prologue and to assume that the real first episode of season two will be showing up any day now.

I thought it was kind of funny that Masky or Slendy or whoever booked the room decided to put Jay up in a mid-range hotel instead of a Motel 6 or an EconoLodge. I think I've stayed in whatever chain that was, going by the carpet and bedspread pattern and the glimpse we get of the door plates, but I can't quite place it. Cheap motels are much more atmospheric, you'd think they'd've gone for one of those.

(When I went to Seattle for an interview, my hotel had lost my reservation so I ended up having to drive around in the middle of the night looking for somewhere, anywhere, that had a room open. I finally ended up in the scariest place I've ever seen, although even they offered fee wifi. There were visible stains on the bedspread, the floor, and the walls; the mirror had tape over the cracks in the glass, and somebody had put Little Mermaid stickers on the door of the fridge. There was a crack or meth pipe in the drawer with the Gideon Bible. I googled the motel's name after my awful, awful interview the next day, and it turned out to be the last known location of one of the Green River Killer's victims. The scariest thing of all? Public libraries don't reimburse travel expenses for interviews!)

lawls at your scariest thing of all. So, your a librarian, mattwan?

For me.. i just get the feeling MH has.. problems telling stories in real-time. The first season was about the tapes. and now, we are missing seven months... i feel we may have jay going back through about 7 months of his tapes trying to figure out what we missed. It's just.. feels off. I was really hoping season 2 would open with j and alex on the couch, planning on what to do next.

If she's like her dad, she'll wait until the sun starts shining lol. He waited 8 days for sunshine before he came out lol. I'm in a hell of a lot of pain though tbh. She keeps pushing her head down and let's just say it's not THE most pleasant experience. lol.

You gotta remember, the first Marble Hornets video, the Introduction, was the same way. You gotta have a video setting everything up; especially since it's been over half a year (though it doesn't feel like it to me).

I'm sure we'll all be afraid to sleep again fairly soonish.
