Ho man am I excited. I got home at midnight yesterday and woke up early for this.
Beginning of the vid had me going WTF? For a solid minute.
-Terrifying staticy noises
- new camera, so much potential for awesome. Fish eye also awesome
- love the upgrade from the black wall and text to something much more visually interesting

and I totally agree, MH somehow manages to be scary even when nothing happens. It has this sense of foreboding that I just revel in.

That all being said, I reserve speculation until we have something to speculate on.

Most stuff I was going to say has been covered (damn time zones), so...

Love it being called Entry #27. Maybe it's just exciting to get a new entry, with the white writing, rather than a video called 'Return' or 'Hai guys I'm back now lol'. I like that they're keeping the style up.

In that vein, a 'repeat' of the 'got a bunch of random tapes, gonna sort through them!' seems likely to me, since he must surely have been filming after he went to the return address.
UNLESS, he too upon seeing the tape he got in #26, realized that Alex had been safe since he stopped filming, and so he continued without the camera... that actually makes more sense.

That girl he passes... as far as I can tell she looks nothing like Sarah (Sarah being the 'Who would work with you? With that attitude...' girl from Entry #9, right?) and is more likely just some random girl he passed IRL, since it's a proper hotel. Would like to be proved wrong though, that would be an amazing twist.

Hope Jay isn't a Masky. That'd be annoying. And I hope we get to see more of Alex and Tim. And maybe Sarah.

I think the next entry will be better and will continue to improve as we find out what he has been up to. Still, can't expect them to come back with a bang, theres still the vague notion this isn't a show after all.

what im posting about is in the video at 3:55 when he is in the car hes clearly wearing a non zipped jumper, however at 4:13 you can clearly see him wearing a zipped jacket maybe just an amateur mistake.

This was mentioned a couple of pages back -- the low drone-like sound you hear when he looks at himself in the mirror, and which continues for a little while. It goes away again until he returns to his room around 5:14.
