4 is the answer to all numbers Have you heard that the number 4 is the answer to all numbers?
Take any number; for example 95. Spell out 95: ninety-five. Count the letters in ninety-five; 10. Spell out 10: ten. Count the letters in ten; 3. Spell out 3: three. Count the letters in three; 5. Spell out 5: five. The answer is 4. I believe you'll find that any numeral that can be spelled out wil reduce to 4.
You'll find this works in English, and I believe Spanish and German, with any number.
4 is the answer.
and what is the question...

Well, all those answers are pretty universal. And important!
But kosmopol still waits for somebody who could decrypt his code

The forum software removes the AT sign and replaces it with the SPLAT, even when you use code tags. Doesn't have to be of the format 'text string' AT 'domain' DOT 'TLD'. The PHP hamsters aren't that smart yet. In other words...
ERROR : EMERGENCY SYSTEM FAILURE

Naked man with mouse lodged in rectum tased, arrested for burglary, assault[b]

SENECA, SC (WCSC) - A burglary call for Oconee County sheriff's deputies turned bizarre Monday morning when their suspect was found naked with a USB-powered computer peripheral in his rectum and apparently [or maybe just a good guess] drugged, an incident report shows. [for goodness sakes, please don't show it]
Authorities responded to Bernwood Circle near the town of Seneca late Monday morning after a resident complained of a burglar. When deputies arrived, they found Noah Smith, 24, lying face down and naked inside the doorway of the victim's home, the report stated. [maybe he was just trying to re-boot, or someone booted him in the ...]
When the deputy tried to make contact with Smith, he slapped the deputy. In return, the deputy deployed his taser, which had no effect on Smith, the report stated. [maybe it was a "warm re-boot']
With reinforcements, deputies approached Smith again in the victim's bedroom. A deputy managed to handcuff Smith before he jumped off the victim's bed and tried to kick other deputies in the room, the report stated.
Then, according to the report, Smith was pepper sprayed. Undeterred, Smith continued to kick at the officers and otherwise evade capture. He was struck with a police baton several times, and Smith attempted to bite the deputy. [never bite the hand that beats you]
Smith's head and mouth were covered with a blanket to prevent him from biting. He was wrestled down so shackles could be placed on his legs and his arms were hog-tied, the report stated. An EMS crew responded and provided a stretcher to which Smith was also tied.
Deputies and officers from the Seneca Police Department opined that Smith might have been high on mushrooms, and identified equipment that could be used to get high in the victim's home. [like mushrooms and stuff]
During a medical exam at a nearby hospital, medical personnel found a USB cord hanging from Smith's rectum. An X-ray revealed the culprit -- a mouse [that would definitely have been the culprit, alright]-- lodged inside Smith. [how'd you like to have been the intern assigned to right-click?]
He told emergency room personnel that he could not remember what had happened to him. [you know, that's what they all say]
After the medical exam, he was charged with resisting arrest, 1st and 3rd degree assault a battery charges, and indecent exposure. Smith was transported to the Oconee County Detention Center. [where they found the appropriate USB port to hook him up to, and mouse and patient are said to be in satisfactory condition, although the patient seems to be plagued with an uncontrollable urge to scroll]
