Did we just pit ourselves against the boys. Did they just pit themselves against each other?
How did I not even think of this before. Forget that I live relatively close, this is worse.
This really can't end well for anyone. Well, except maybe HABIT.
Shocked

If EMH wants to get really crazy- what if our interactions lead to the death of one of the boys? What if, say, Vince is found Raked, and it's all our fault?

F-fuuuu...

Seriously. This is almost where it seems to be heading.

Maybe I should have thought this out more. I'm going not only against the EMH boys, but you guys. Morse code guys. GPS guys. Figure-everything-out-in-about-2-minutes guys.

I'm so freaking dead.

....My involvement in figuring out several of A's puzzles from a Lack of Lexicon shouldn't worry any of you at all.

Not in the slightest.

Personally, I'm wondering if the safety of helping one another might outweigh whatever safety we'd get from following the rules...

Here's a question: what happens to those who are eliminated? The only person we know who's been playing the game was Ryan, and he died because he broke the rules. But if you follow the rules and are still eliminated in the contest, what happens? It seems like we're assuming you also die (which, given the nature of the situation, is perhaps not unreasonable), but we don't know for sure.

It could but then again look at what happened with Ryan, what if it gets us taken out of the tournament.

Hmmm.

So there are two trials per round? Or four trials in the finale? How's that going to work?

Unless the finale is like the Wizarding Cup finals or something.

EDIT: I hope there's no stable-cleaning. I hate stable-cleaning.

Well, if there are only so many rounds and so many 'opponents', maybe not all of us will be picked?

Maybe that explains why our BMI were asked. I mean, think about it - if you're going to be 'fighting', your height/weight might be important.

...Of course, it's a proven fact that the BMI is a horrible thing to go by, as muscle weighs more than fat, and if you're X height and Y weight, with a huge Y, it's going to seem like you're fat when, in fact, all that Y could be muscle weight, thus making your BMI say you're obese when, in fact, you're a weight lifter... *BREATHE*

/doctor off

but it makes sense. Perhaps some of us will be selected based on certain criteria that must be met.

Oh Jesus. That... that is a horrifying (and hilarious) image.

That thought had crossed my mind. If the qualifying tournaments are all one-on-one battles, then that means the maximum number of participants will be 8n, where n is the number of people in the finale. (Assuming each qualifying round is one trial, with four trials in the finale.)

Lordy, it's coming up a storm here all of a sudden.

Does anyone else hear the slip up that Vince makes at about 3.40 into it. He says "so if I figure evan..everything out." Am I just hearing what I want to hear?
