How many other participants do you think there will be? You can't really run a seven-tiered tournament with only ten people.

Not saying anything about my application either.

The whole application seems a bit confusing when you read it... perhaps people did not understand exactly what is being required.

Also is the application not a direct invite to us... with the comment co-conspirators, tho I don't understand why it went thru this ryan fellow first

So I don't think we count as outside help, but then again asking one of you how to properly fill this out will count as outside help wouldn't it? Even reporting anything this person might send you?

Kind of something I was concerned about. I'm 95% sure I filled out the app correctly. Yes, I even used my real name (because seriously, that shows up in the from: dialog).

But I am concerned that because I'm discussing it, I'll be disqualified.

This is why I aint saying anything about my application.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I wanna fuck around with this HABIT asshole. Twisted Evil

It's probably best to not share. I have a feeling there's something important about that.

(I've also been looking outside urgently, as the fog just rolled in and I live against the woods)

I sleep next to the window, with a view to the front door.

We have 5. We're missing 6-8, then 11-14, I thought.

I seriously doubt we'll be disqualified for asking for help here. Whoever is behind this SURELY knows that all of the box puzzles, etc, were pretty much solved by the people here. Telling us not to help here would be downright pointless.

I think it might be prudent not to discuss the actual challenges here, if they take the form of riddles or puzzles, but talking about our applications should be safe. That's not asking for help, I'd think, so much as acknowledging participation.

Hmm, probably 30? I imagine everyone here applied...

I live in a basement. That is dark as the Pits. It can get VERY creepy down here. ;______;

Strictly single elimination? At least 128. Round-robin? Nearly limitless.

Approximately how long did you folks wait for your confirmation email after entering?

I dropped mine off about 4 hours ago. I believe I filled out the form correctly, but I haven't heard anything back. I would hope the phantom tweet doesn't apply to me, as I really want into this tournament.

Well, I know there's more than 10. I'm actually keeping a list of who's who, and I know we're missing some people.

I bet. I currently live on the third floor of an apartment building. Cool and all, except for the floor-to-ceiling door-walls.

Since we are missing so many numbers, do you think they are assigning number depending on the actual answers and not the order that they came in?

I really hate AOL, but I'm too attached to my email/screenname.

From someone who hasn't applied (no time for such funnery):

That phantom tweet is definitely another stab through the fourth wall. Just like the last round of them.

If it weren't the fact that this forum is a "neutral zone" in the world of ARGs, I would expect a threatening thread to appear on here soon. Thank God that's not the case...

Right...?

I sent mine off at 6.40 p.m. eastern - and got my reply at 2.04 a.m. So that's what? 7 hours?

Seems too much like that would be a gamejack. The guys read this, we know that. But they don't post, and thus far they haven't really done anything like that.
