 		Let's face it, going to a new forum wouldn't stop the trolls. It'd be just as easy for them to sign up there as it is here. That's what you're going to get if you have a series that is known for being on YouTube to begin with.

Personally, I prefer the idea of staying here. Granted, I haven't been around in a while, but this and SA are pretty much the two main MH forums, and I really don't think that will change.

I do think we need more mods (but then, when haven't we?) and to ignore the trolls, as it's not just them, but the responses to them that are spamming this place up.

 		I personally am baffled as to why we continue to allow guest posting (especially since on more than one occasion I can remember it's led to spambots). If someone genuinely wants to discuss MH signing up isn't that hard.

Edit: wait, apparently it IS disabled now. Is that just because it's in the archive, or when did this happen?

At any rate, this always happens after something gets big enough. I don't think there's much that can be done, and attempts at fixing problems like this usually end in some little group of "elitists" either starting a clubhouse somewhere else or just being assholes in the same place.

I think the main problem right now is that both our mods are MIA. Sad Most of the problem comes form one person, and a couple of folks who seem to be playing along with him for funsies. If we just had a present, active mod this one poster wouldn't have even BECOME a problem in the first place...

If you look in Administration General, someone already posted, so I don't think it'll be an issue. Also, it looks like the admins are going to remove this from the archives. I'm sure we'll just have to wait till the weekend is over.
