We already know Habit's favorite song.

WE SEE A RABBIT, THEN A TURTLE. WHICH IS WHAT JESSE CALLED EVAN. FFFFFFFFFFFF

How could we miss that possible connection of the tortoise and the hare reference? ::headdesk.::

We could definitely jury-rig the Theory of Time Travel in there, but I just don't see it.

We don't have an artifact. And a Tangent Universe isn't supposed to last very long. EMH is pretty established time-wise.

If anything is take from DD, it'll be Frank and whatever Watership Down references they had.

Though I kinda like the Evan as Donnie thing. I don't think its real, but I like the image. And Slendy can be his Frank.

Also I wouldn't totally approve of EMH ripping off Donnie Darko Theory.
Right, I don't think they would do that. But I do think there's a possibility that they're sort of tipping their hats to the movie and suggesting that it could be applicable for unraveling clues later. I don't think we should start trying to determine who donnie is, who frank is, what the tangent universe is, etc. at this point unless it's revealed to be more central.

I'm just really bothered to what it means if HABIT is talking to Slendy.

If it is, we can assume that the Phantom Tweet battle was between Habit and Slendy, but they have come to some sort of accord since then.

Slendy doesn't seem the sort to share, much less deal with Habit mouthing off. But I don't really have a feel for EMH's version of Slender Man yet. Outside of what Damsel told us, he really hasn't done anything but maybe kidnap Jessa(Which brings into question if Habit is indeed possessing people, who knows if the Slenderman seen in the Magus video is real).

Habit says he brought "the fishes". I don't know if Slendy needed help in getting at the guys.

Who is in charge. Who is the Dragon.

And where does the Rake fit in. Is he a Habit puppet too?

Oh yeah hey that never occurred to me that there could be relevance to to Evan being called a turtle. Hmm~ Also the music video for Animal Collective's "Who Could Win a Rabbit" is a really creepy version of the rabbit and hare story.

Fix't. And yes, exactly. Not to mention all of us being the 'rabbits'. At the end of the video, it's the tortoise eating the hare. So...if Evan is a turtle, and we're all rabbits.

I never got their Slendy either, he doesn't really...do much.

As for the Rake, I always though he was Fairmount Evan/Habit. While I realize that there has to be a connection between that Evan and EMH Evan, I haven't worked that out. But look at it this way. The Rake destroyed Fairmount Documents, which required not only some level of sentient thought, but also motivation to destroy those papers specifically. Plus I dunno, thats how I saw it.

Not to mention the turtle (Evan) eats the rabbits (us) at the end. Coincidence or something more important?

Well, if we are all the rabbits...remember that Vince and Jeff are rabbits too. Ryan was a rabbit.

To be honest, I'm really unsure of exactly who Evan is talking to in that chair. I would think slenderman if it wasn't for him talking ABOUT slendy to the figure in the "Slender Man" video. There's just not enough evidence at this point to really lean one way or the other.

I do have a sense that all of the antagonists (Slendy, Rake, HABIT) seem to be closely intertwined perhaps going back to the Corenthal age. This could explain why, if Slendy and HABIT are the ones arguing with each other, Slendy doesn't just eliminate HABIT. Maybe they have a long history and are in this for a mutual reason despite their conflicts.

Really all this could mean quite a few different things at this point though.

As for the Rake, I think he's not just some random creature that Slendy uses. I bet there's a history with it as well that we've yet to get close to.

The Rake seems like a bit more of a mindless creature, to me. And in that, I think he's more likely HABIT's puppet. Sends the Rake to collect those who fail their seven trials, or inhabits the Rake's body and uses it for that.

Although, I doubt Slender Man himself walked into the Everyman House and started tweeting. So it's possible he can mind-control, too.

As far as who Evan eats, he could eat me <3

Yeah it's entirely possible as well that the Rake is just a puppet. No way to be sure at this point. And shit, the Rake coming for those who fail the trials is scary. ;___;

lulz @ the image of Slendy tweeting.

We're gonna end up with a fangirl/boy fight in here over who Evan gets to eat. haha
