Appears to be a kidnapping ARG, not sure where it came from, found the link when looking at another users Youtube videos.

It's rather blatantly an ARG, did a quick search and didn't see any posts on the persons name

 		Seems a bit location specific. Not sure how much help we can be if most of the clues are "spread across the UTD campus".

Still any puzzles im sure we can take a look!
