3 unsolved puzzles that I know of....anyone working on them?

Three unsolved puzzles:

All of these numbers were prefixed by 0920040. 13 digits and the first group of 6 digits seem to mirror the last group of 6 digits (although scrambled) with a digit left over. (credit to enaxor and gb for catching that)

Just my "out there spec" but I think Bronski Beat looks like a face if you squint your eyes. I think if it were shrunk down it might be clearer...like an ascii picture. I can't figure out how to shrink it though.

We need to solve these puzzles. Let's start specing on their solve's here.

Aren't there also the Dead Poems puzzles? I didn't think they'd been solved.
