I noticed that the | X | piece on tile 10 will overlay one of the symbols on tile 3 to make a + sign with a full border.

Maybe we are looking for an equation? By overlaying the other pieces, maybe we will get a full equation that we can solve?

That's a 6 and a 5 not 2 5's. Dang font looks so close though.

 		Sh*t. Have been working on the assumption that the symbols are numbers but, using the numbers we can see on that page - I don't think they are anymore, some of the symbols have white blocks extending horizontally AND vertically from the centre, none of the numbers do, they're all either vertical, horizontal or diagonal lines across the centre.

Zack mentions everything we need has been posted to the front page of Flynn Lives, and there is a small section of the puzzle posted on the front page. Maybe we only need to be looking at the symbols that fall in that area when alligned correctly...
