The repeating background image is actually animated, so here it is.

7 metals, 7 themed rooms, 7 is a prominent number in this game right now.

9:20, back again, and the amenities bar isn't animated any more
Missed the whole damn thing for a nice dinner of gnocchi with lamb and a great red wine. And the other couple paid for it. Fair trade?

For the sake of posterity, here's the source for the change:
Code:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="en" lang="en">
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />
<title>.............</title>
<style type="text/css">
<!--
body {
background-image: url();
}
-->
</style></head>
<body bgcolor="#000000">
<div align="center"></div>
</body>
</html>
I'm thinking that the url() function seems suspicious - maybe there was a URL drawn as the background image, but was covered up by the black background on the body tag?
Or maybe it's nothing? Anyone familiar with a common url() function in javascript, or something of that nature?

The note from Tara changed after the site did the whole blackness thing. It now says the following:
Quote:
ABOUT OUR ANNIVERSARY - I apologize for the strange things going on with our web site tonight. I have been trying to post our ANNIVERSARY UPDATE for hours now. I think I finally got it so please check out the online brochure for our SPECIALTY Wild West and Gold Mining Themed Rooms from our AMENITIES page. Thanks for being patient. TARA HUTCHINS

Actually that does look pretty standard for an empty background image tag in CSS. Were there an actual image used as source for the background, you'd see the URL of that source image (either full http:// reference or a relative reference) inside the parentheses. Usually looks like this:
Code:
body {
background-image: url(greytexture.jpg);
}
So - nothing in this source that one would not expect to see on a completely black (and blank) page done in CSS. The only real data to be found here is in the title tag - "............." - but I read that more as an extended ellipse than anything important, myself.

At lack of anything better to do, I took the attached animation, and recreated most of the picture it is scrolling accross.

Man, I'm sorry I missed this. Sounds super-sp00ky.
I am not an image-manipulation person, could someone try to recreate the image overlain on the animated versions of the buttons?
