You could just film yourself burying an old phone or dvd if its that big of a deal...

Also, people without shovels - There are plenty of things you can use - you could even use a screwdriver or knife to loosen up the ground and then just a piece of cardboard. At the very least you should have something flat and plastic

As was suggested earlier.

Just un-bury it after you have filmed the burial. HABIT will not know.

 		I think it was meant to hurt. You can stop the trials at any time, no one is forcing you to continue. I am actually hoping several people do get eliminated or quit so they will open registrations again. I do think it would be a bit unfair since new applicants would either already know some of the challenges or be exempted from them. Maybe they would get some special new surprises just for them. Anyways, no sympathy here, consider yourself lucky to be digging that hole.

lol 2 years ago when I was pregnant with Amy I got hypothermia from trying to build an igloo with my boyfriend and his mate lol. Soooo not looking forward to burying what I'm gonna.

I think the point of this challenge is to weed out the people who don't have a camera and lower the number of people in the trials by quite a bit. They're trials for a reason, they're not meant to be easy for everyone. And like other people said, just un-bury it after you film it if it's that important. It's just a game regardless. But HABIT is trying to control our emotions regardless and it seems like he's succeeding with quite a few people.

It's just like, we saw it coming, but at the same time, they know most of us have no way of actually doing it. I don't get where they're going with this.

This. These trials aren't meant to be easy, they're meant to add a realistic fear factor to all of this. This is a horror arg after all, guys and you can stop at any time.

 		Like I said, a very solid little coffin might be in order. Or you can put the item in the coffin and then the coffin in the paper bag and then the lotion on the skin or IT GETS THE HOSE AGAIN - okay sorry.

But still. Also I totes know what I would bury and I'd probably even manage to leave it there but like I said, I find this task very philosophical in a "shed the burdens of your past" kinda way so I'm probably not the right person for emotional support.
