Lops - people indifferent to him or not yet on his like list ;D
Netherlands - people he wants Jeff to kill after they cause Alex to fail

Next Monday at a guess. It was posted after last Monday so unless he wants us to time travel......oh shit. I hope I haven't given him ideas for a task. I lost my continuum transfunctioner when I moved house.
