 		[SPEC/QUESTION] Submit Questions to Melissa
Talking with the other crew preparing for tuesday and trying to centralize as much relevant info to have for the call as possible I realized we didn't have what may be the most important:

I think it would be a good idea to have a list of questions for Melissa should she give us the opportunity to ask any.* Since we're really doing this for you it makes the most sense to have everyone generate the questions.

Then I'll use the thread to compile a list of questions and we'll cross them off as we ask them on tuesday.

(Since the purpose of the thread is to compile a list, please don't post about the "schism", or start SPECing on answers. If we know an answer please post that so it won't make the list. If a question might be bad, please post that.)

Oh, and primarily because I suck, I didn't know what tag or forum would be most appropriate. I took a stab and invite and thank any mod for correcting me.

*During My call I asked two, but got no real answers; during other's calls any questions got a hang-up.

I think it's a good idea. We ARE working on coordinating, but we need input! Tell us what you want to know!

Right now the only thing we know is that Weephun is going to try to find out where SP is being held. We've got 12 other members here waiting for questions to ask. If we don't get it, I'm going to ask Melissa about her Durga connection. (If it's Melissa, that is)

 		I think it might be a good idea to see if we could get Melissa to accept a new crew member. Maybe somewhere in the comversation try to say that you have found a crew member that she should know about.

As for an acutally question, someone should ask if she still is after Dana.

Here are some questions I would like answered from Melissa:

Who/what is sending you these fragmented memories?
How is this entity sending you these messages? What type of protocol?
What made you suspect the Sleeping Princess was a rogue proc?
How did you emprison the Sleeping Princess?
Can you tell me what you see when you look in that big mirror next to you?

That's all I can think of now. Smile

2. Are you able to review the files that you reveal to us?
3. If you can and do, how do these files make you feel?
4. If you are not able, do you need us to prepare summeries and/or transcriptions?

5. Are you revealing to us voices that you are surpressing from the awareness of this other process?
6. May we ask what is it about these voices that cause you to be surpressing from the awareness of this other process?

I think first and foremost, if anyone should have the opportunity to ask:

Is there any way we can send you information or contact you other than these phone calls?

If she says yes, everything else can be sent through that channel.

Other possible questions:

1. Are you monitoring the emails sent to ladybee777SPLAThotmail.com?
2. Do you want us to try to find other crew members?
3. Is there anything we can help you accomplish besides regaining your memories?

 		Very good questions guys! I wish I could add to them. The things I want to know are for a little later. I'm still struck by how fast she condemed Danna and wonder if Melissa had just become aware of a sabatour/assasin at the time of the whatever sent her back in time. I wonder why she thought a human traitor was rediculous. CAN the Covanent subvert humans? Well I guess all of this is not helpful just now. I still want to be in the game.

 		Actually, I sent an e-mail to to the aunt's old e-mail adress hoping to get a response. Bang Head No luck. But, it was about ten minutes ago so I guess *coughthepeoplefrommicrosoft!* aren't working on the e-mail adress. Cursing It's all to confusing to figure out if the Microsoft people ARE behind this. You should ask some sort of question about Microsoft or Bungie. It may help to unravel all this. Dunno

That's the one I was trying to think of but couldn't!

Only I was going to say it something more like,

"Do you need memories only from those members of the crew that you've verified? Is there some way we could collect memories for you from other people and make them avalable to you?"

You might want to word this differently. She may not know about that account, and it could shut down that particular mode of communication.

Perhaps something more like... "Are you keeping tabs on any thing other then the voices that come from the 'future'?"

 		I'm unfortunately a little uninformed, but I don't think she knows that she's in the past, right? So might want to be careful mentioning stuff about time, since her crew didn't get sent back as well. Just a little word of caution, even though it might be obvious. Thought it might be worth mentioning.

Actually, I think that would be a good way to get ignored.

Don't expect a reply when you send an email. (But also, don't assume that your email hasn't been looked at because of that.) I've been mentioned by name on the 404 as a result of sending emails to ladybee777. And the only time I ever got anything back from there was the P Flea's transmition of what happened to the SP sent to everybody else who had emailed her that week.

Forget about Microsoft and Bungie, pretend they're not behind this, take a look at the Fireflys Wiki for all of the information that's been collected so far. It'll be more fun that way, believe me. Very Happy

 		If you're referring to objectives, be sure to use "the objective" or "our objective." After all, you're her crew, not an outsider, and her goals are yours as far as you know.
