Who's up for a meet on the 8th December? I finish work at 4pm, so will be monitoring the FL website for the rally-point. Suggest we meet there?...

Ill see if i can shake a few responsibilitys to be there wednesday, ill have more info if i can make it by Monday evening. Im assumimg FL will give out all the 16 locations before wednesday, i hope they do so we can work our lives around it.
With the London premiere taking place this Sunday Dec 5th in Leicester Square, it would be funny if Jeff Bridges stayed in London for a few more days to live act as Flynn in a book shop at the end of Wednesdays hunt ...well...i can dream
Talking of the Leicester Square premiere, has anyone here been lucky enough to get premiere tickets? or still going, to stand outside and watch the cast go in ? Im half tempted to watch the cast go in on the off chance some cast will talk to the crowd...then again im also half tempted to stay at home in the warm and just watch it on the premiere cam...ooo what to do ?

That would be cool!
Thinking of possible locations - there's a big Waterstones in Piccadily, but would 42E/Disney go for a big book shop like that?

If they did go for a bookshop, i had in mind they would choose Forbidden Planet...those guys would be well up for that.

Londinium's jolly good show spiffing what?
Yeah Waterstones in Picadilly is a whopper. After a little google - eight floors on which the sixth has an event space to hire for launches and such like
No premiere tickets for me. Or an O2 SkyScreen preview. Or any of the Sky West End previews on the 7th or whenever it was.
With the weather were having in the S.E it's looking like the web premiere for me.

Good evening gentlemen/ladies (delete as applicable)!
I shall indeed be making myself available should be once again called upon to boldly venture out into the frozen streets of our fair city in pursuit of long lost legendary programmers!
I mean... I'm up for whatever.
Looking forward to meeting up with you guys, although I do think we should arrange to meet at the end of whatever trail we're being sent on, we may arrive at the initial location at different times and not want to wait around if we know where to head next.

Agreed. I'm sure more info will become avaliable in the coming days.
Red. When you bagged the operator phone for Gridlock, were you running around the city like a looney!?
Reason I ask is, do you think there be more running on the 8th? Thing is i buggered up my ankle in a motorbike accident a few years back and can't run, so I wouldn't want to be like a spare part slowing anyone down

Not sure how much running will be involved but, judging by the "scavenger hunt" at the San Diego Comic Con event earlier in the year, it could get a bit hectic!!

To those lucky UK TRON fans that are going to the premiere tonight; have a great time! I've got a ticket to the Sky showing on tuesday night.
I'm up for the ARG on Wednesday if things go according to plan. I work just off New Oxford Street so can easily get to places during or after work.

Hello to you all, I've come to the forum very late in the game (was stuck on the Bit puzzle and looking for tips) and have zero experience of ARGs, but running around London like a loony sounds like great fun. May I join you?

The Picadilly Waterstones kinda makes sense.
Forbidden Planet tends not to be too good for large groups of people, so hopefully not there.

There's also a Waterstones on Oxford Street - but then again, for Zero Hour we all were convinced it was gonna happen in an arcade, a few people staked out the arcade in the Trocadero, only to find out the location was in the basement of Selfridges. They could easily throw us another curveball!
