That's pretty vague--I'm something of an amateur magician myself, but I have no idea what game might be the solution here. Brendan might know--he knew C32 pretty well, so I'll ask him.
Warning: The following is slightly meta, not really a spoiler.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Funny thing in the source of the new page--part of the code says
background="file:///C|/Documents%20and%20Settings/Owner/My%20Documents/S32%20ARG/CC32Site/images/background.jpg"
Which is obviously a slight error on the part of the PMs...

Guys, we've had that email address (projectgatewaySPLAT comcast.net) since close to the very start, it's always given out that autoresponse which was how we found Emily's site in the first place.
In fact, that address is the one that is emailed to when you enter your name in the box to get on the player list.
So please, concentrate on the new news.

New Page If you use shell game as a command, (the game magicians like to play)
it takes you to this page :
http://home.comcast.net/~projectgateway/shellgame.htm
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I'm tired of hiding your keys, and I'm tired of giving you hints.
I wish Stephen never created me. I wish I would just go away and not exist.
Your friends want to get out very badly, but they are still confined within my walls.
However, the one called QuickHand is very interesting to watch. She is always playing a game with herself.
I asked about it one day and she gladly taught it to me. So, I wish to play her game with you.
If you win, I will give you her key, like Stephen told me to do.
Let's begin. I have 3 shells, and under one is a ball. Find the ball. It's that simple.
and a picture of 3 shells and a pea.

Nice Stick!
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Each of the shells has the beginning to a question - how, what, where, why.
The only one that moves us on is What.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
What is the source of my power? I think it refers to the source of QuickHand's powers. I tried speed as a command, no good..
