Available on Wednesday as well. Hoping to see a FL announcement on locations so we have an idea where to concentrate resources. With so many promotional efforts it makes it rough to predict where an event will be held.

I am all for a pre-meeting on Tue night. Downtown Dis or Crossroads would be good. (Fudruckers is a good quiet place or Fridays, Buffalo's can get crowded and loud) I see we have some out of towners that will be joining us so places like Kitty O sheas and Cheers would be to hard for them to find.

I am working on Wed but I will know better Sunday what my final schedule will be like to join in the fun.

Tron night had the Altamonte AMC which I attended. So we can not ignore that possibility that something might happen north as well, Seminole county has many satellite branches that stem from the main library in Casselberry. There are also tons of old and new book stores here as well. God forbid they send us south past disney, or to some place like Mt. Dora. People just don't realize how big and spread out this area is. Disney is a good deal south of Orlando proper. Unless you are going to a Magic game, Or a Citrus bowl football game, Few tourist make it to downtown and have no idea.

Anyone missed or are in error, Please feel free to correct the list, or simply add yourself if you are not on the list.
I still have KINGDOM KEEPER in question because of his veigh post early on.

IF YOU ARE MEETING US ON TUESDAY NIGHT. DON'T FORGET TO WEAR YOUR ENCOM LANYARD SO THAT WE CAN LOCATE EACH OTHER.
We should also have a general count of how many people to expect on Tuesday night for seating. This will also serve well for those to join in who might miss the event on Wednesday due to work, of which is a good possibility for me.

Anyone want to volunteer to bring name tags for us? Just a thought because I will be wearing my "Greystone" T-shirt I got from another ARG.

I can't make it for the pre-meeting, so be sure to post any neat plans you guys might hatch up!

I'll essentially be at my computer until the second I know if we are included and where to go, and I'll assume should be wherever it might be 30 to 45 minutes after it's posted. Hopefully not too late for whatever goes down. I'm hoping it won't be anything first come first served.

In any case, first on scene operatives ask these questions, so us most-likely late people know if we should turn back and return to our main computer stations at home to help out.

Getting excited! ^^

Unfortunately, its still in question. I am free...its a matter of having transportation to Orlando...which I might or might not. Tuesday night is definitely out, and I wouldn't be in Orlando earlier then 2 or so probably do to other obligations in the morning...but hopefully it will be like zero hour so there will be time to get to Orlando if I can make it.

CHARED & RufioJJT

Time?

Place?

Me and CHARED are in for Tuesday night anytime after 7pm.

For Wednesday I am getting out for roughly 2 hours for work -around 10:45 - to 12:45 to help the fight.

CHARED is still working on approval from his department.

Cant wait for this.

For Tuesday nights meeting I suggest We meet at Fudruckers at Crossroads because it is easy to find, it has the space and it is quite. After a bite and most have shown up. We can then move to another location for a drink if we so choose.

This is only a suggestion. I am open to other ideas.

Denny's just down the road, still on 535 is the same. Quiet with lots of space. Cheaper I would imagine for those on a budget.
We have only 2 days to figure this out.

I think it is a great idea for everyone to meet up - However, my roommate and I will probably not be able to show up the night before.

In terms of what we need... I'd say an internet connection and laptop... Those things could be essential to our success in the upcoming mission. I've been trying to jb my iPhone for the last hour or so (so that we could have a hotspot), however, I haven't been able to yet.

Hopefully, where ever they guide us will have some sort of internet connection.

Hey all.
FL name - Wabash
UNfiction name- Wabash13

Unfortunately, I can't do Tuesday night. That said, I can do all day wed.
I am based over on the east side near waterford lakes.

I've got a car and GPS so I can take a 2-3 people along with me if there's a need.

I was thinking about the book store scenario. It could be brandywine, but, looking at their site, they only offer three books that have anything to do with computers or tech at all.

It might not be that the stores had to be there in 89. I think everyone is sort of thinking that it won't be a big chain... though, the imax screen where they held Tron night Orlando was 50 yards away from from a Barns and Nobles...

That said, here's some other stores (non-chain) that we might want to keep on our radar.
