Any cypher breakers out there

I counted 18 characters, all 10 digits a "-", and if the digits can be pairs representing a single character, then there are 12 sets of digits.

It there fore cannot be a substitution cipher as 18chars + 10 or 12 is more than the 26 letters of the alphabet

I'll give it a shot. With uppercase and lowercase and numerals, it's not impossible to have a character set of 36, 52, or even 62 glyphs, so I'm not ruling out simple substitution right off.

This was starting to feel familiar, then I realized this is exactly from the previous thread here, Help me crack a cypher

Really, you could just have bumped it to spark new interest. Having said that, I'm no further than I was the last time I tried it. Using asterisks as word breaks looked promising, but I've hit too many dead ends. Keyboard shifts also have not panned out for me.
