 		Does he mean that she was in the room, but the charts had been falsified? I thought at first he was referring to whatever his mystery side mission was, but plex is right 141 was damsel's room #.

I'm actually NOT familar with the term "bombing the charts." Who can define?

 		I'm confused too.

Is the "Damsel" video a sneak hidden video, maybe a psychic projection of what they'd hoped to accomplish but failed to do in reality? A glimpse of what some alternate-universe Hybrids were up to last night? Something they jumped the gun on and are retconning out?

What exactly is error-scripting? Google's no help there, and it's also telling me "bombing the charts" is used by different people to mean that something performed really well or that it performed abysmally.

Help?

 		Okay so I'm guessing since he said "just a lot of error-scripting" he's saying that the records were changed by someone, possibly Slender man. Like Slendy replaced the records with just error codes like he does?

Or could he just be implying that Damsel being in that hospital was a mistake in the first place and she never should have been a patient?

I think more likely than all the fancy complexity of that theory is just that he's suggesting that the information has been changed so that there never was a patient in that room in the first place. Whether he's implying that it was their doing or someone else's though, I'm not sure.

 		Or!!!! What is Jeff's actual job? If he works in records then he could have filled her chart with errors... there-by erasing her time in the ward, and getting them off the hook? (except of course for the security guard and all the doctors who treated her, etc...)

Oooooooooh. I get it now. Despite them having gone to rescue Damsel, as far as HOSPITAL RECORDS are concerned, she doesn't exist. There was no patient.

 		I think he just means that they (meaning the EMH guys) made it look like Damsel was never there. Since the video description obviously indicates that they CAN remember it happening, plus the Very Happy face at the end of the latest tweet...
