The 6:00pm here actually reminds me of the latest Corenthal letter, which is signed with a 6pm. Especially taking into account the timing, I refuse to believe this is a coincidence.

 		At a guess Jeff knew her name from Jessa talking about having a new friend. I think he's known her name for a lot longer than we assume.

Administration, most likely. Hospitals have paper-pushers, too. And if he's got access to records... he might be working with patient files or billing or something.

I had a friend in high school who started worked in the birthing ward when she was 17. He doesn't need to be an IT guy after all, he just needs access to a computer.
