simplicity- RE: Josh email (and Enigma - OT) Hi simplicity -
So you got an email reply from Josh on Friday that is legit -- I'd say this would mean he's still in the game. Hmm...wish they'd get it going.
(OT - I think the enigma link is related to the Intermission thread where kosmo had the JAUTFQYJGJFVZBO puzzle that you asked about. It's a link to a website that has an 'enigma machine" decoder.)

Ok. Well, its been quite awhile now since the HLM site went wonky.. Many of us have sent Josh emails to notify him of the problem.. I sent mine last friday soon after things changed.
Unless they had a total meltdown and lost everything, there has been ample time to fix this.. so whats up? Is it intentional?
Most curious..

Thank You Yes, the email is legit. I only altered it to remove a few personal details that I did not want to broadcast. But that was the first time i had ever received an email from Josh. I've emailed him many times in the past but never recieved a responce. It was a bit weird.
As for the decoder, that too was odd. I didn't recall reading the emailers name in any of the prior blogs. But I may have missed them. It was a cool decoder. I was just confused because to get an email from Josh and this decoder were just a bit too coincidental to me. That's me, a conspiracy theorist

Yeah, I wasn't who posted it, but it's the right way to crack the code I posted in another thread
It's fully OOG and offtopic, but it could be useful for further ARGs here at Unfiction
I doubt, Super 8 PMs would use Enigmal code in this ARG though
And if you want, I can help you to decode the code I encoded. Or you can try it yourself

Encoder Okay, I now know I'm looking deeper than I should. I'll play with the decoder and the code given. DUH... It's amazing how one can see dragons while looking at lizards. Thanks for the decrypter. I'll play and see what I get.

Even a quick posting:
December 6th - Published December 7th
"That's funny – I didn't even notice the blog was down! Thanks for the emails! Back up now, looks like it was just some issue with my web hoster."

Dec. 6 & 7 times The times are odd for Dec. 6 & 7.
6th (same times)
11:31AM - 12 07PM
11:31AM - 12:07PM
7th (only 10 minutes between them)
12:24PM - 1:08PM
1:18PM - 1:50PM
I don't know if there is any significance. There have been similar odd times in the past - so probably not.

Probably not. Almost every calendar has an identical a.m. p.m. time frame. I've saved all of the calendars.
