The eye symbol is, I think, the callsign for TT's "totheark"- this person who is making these videos and sending them, and the notes, to Noah. These symbols are separate from the Operator symbol that is showing up (the question mark in that crayon sketch, for the latest example), so I think our friend- who I will tenatively label "The Observer"- is taking pains to establish himself as a completely separate entity. Is it the eyeglasses-wearing person from the video Noah retrieved from the phone? As of now it seems too early to tell.

Also, Noah's "addendum" is suffering from stuttering, as well as visual (slight reverse-dropshadow effect; noticable around his shirtsleeves) and audible (a strange, tone shifting static effect, almost sounding like... church bells?) distortion. As for the leaves... could they be from trees near the boardwalk?

Ahem. Back on topic:

The note: My first thought was Star Wars. Who is more foolish, the fool, or the fool who follows him?
We have a picture of the Großemann standing on the boardwalk. "The man who is afraid of the light" just hammers down for me the idea that Noah's suppressing something awful he (and possibly Milo too) did, and that the Großemann is the angel of vengeance come to punish him.
The question mark is dotted with an operator symbol. And he suggests it's blood, but it's not because blood dries brown.

I'm gonna throw out a guess here. Based on the hidden frame at the end, I'm going to call the atom with an eye in it "The Observer Symbol", and I'm going to further hypothesize that this is the Unknown Third Party, with the Operator symbol representing the Großemann. So Noah's got two mysterious people after him, I guess.

The napkin is cute. Almost Habit-like. The pills are probably the same ones Milo was taking. (Hmmm, possibly "take these, you'll feel better" is supposed to mean "take these all at once, and overdose like Milo did because it's the only escape"?)

Assuming the fortune is made by them and not just some creepy shit they found in a cookie, I'm going to interpret it as "Milo did something terrible, and you allowed it to happen."

Key broken off... I'm getting a mental picture, but I'm going to save it until end game, just in case.

Other note: That's a big ring Noah's wearing. Is that a high school graduation ring, or maybe a mood ring? It's odd looking.

Foliage. I think we all know where it was taken from.

Flash drive's title is "DEARNOAH". Also, just a random guess, but that looks like the same screen that "11111111111111111111111" appeared on in Hello There.

Ultimatum
Dunno what the first images we see are. Looks like passing foliage, or maybe billowing smoke.
"We Observe" Yeah, gonna call this guy Observer now.
"Always" I wanna be with you and make believe with you and live in harmony harmony oh love A picture of Milo's grave. I think we're getting confirmation that Noah wasn't alone at the end of the Milo's Funeral video.
"We know what you are doing". I love this shot, of the underside of his car. That's an amazing trick, I can't imagine duct taping my own camera under my car and driving around, I'd be too paranoid it would fall off.
"Why are you stalling". A picture of the Maxwell home. Observer wants Noah to make like a bee and buzz over to the Boardwalk.
"?" dotted with another operator symbol.
"Following you". This is odd... the different angle, plus the choice of text, makes me wonder if the observer is literally following Noah around in a car.
"You must look". Footage of The Unboxing. "Deeper". Observer symbol appears on the poem note. This part's well explained by the video.
"We hunger". There's that we again. Observer and Großemann?
A chicken with its head cut off. Oh god that's not good. You cut a chicken's head off so you can eat it D:
"Enjoy your feast". A meat grinder, based on the previous image I'd guess ground chicken.
"But". Epic zoom into Noah's room. I'll be honest, the sound as it goes around the corner and zooms in on his bed, followed by the Unknown Caller laughter, that actually sends shivers up my spine. I'm freaked out by that every time I see it. And I wonder if that's an open notepad or something on his bed, I can't quite tell.
"Watch your back". Operator symbol on yOur.

Now we return to Noah, in Slenderman's-Nearby-vision. There's some distortion, some video errors, that's never good.

Observer symbol in the bottom of the box. I like it, it's creepy.

"The deeper you look, the more you will find." I love fortunes like that. I think this is the Observer telling us to tell Noah about all the hidden messages and such in his videos, like "Do you remember" and "He knows what I have done" and such.
Lucky numbers... 39, 31, 22, 13, 10, 9 again. Sign of cheap fortunes, or something more sinister?

Noah and Milo, with Milo's face burned out. Actually, the way the picture's framed, I wonder if Milo's the only one burned out, there's room for a third person there... the Observer seems to have access to Milo's email account, that's not good.

Final note from Noah. He's such a woobie
He sounds like his nose is plugged up. When I first watched this, I was certain blood was going to come gushing out of his nose at any moment.

Thoughts... I think that Noah's been a bad boy in the past, and the Observer's gonna show us before we're through.

[edit] Oh jesus, I didn't see Großemann outside the window, that's creepy as hell. I almost wonder how they're gonna deal with showing him in broad daylight now that they've established him as having the tentacles out almost all the time now.

I have a lot of practice with Tribe Twelve.
Skel: I thought the same thing. I was actually watching Sinistar videos like 15 minutes earlier, so "We hunger" sorta took me out of the moment. The hallway bit put me right back, though...

Oh, other thought: Someone should reverse and speed up the music that plays during the video, see how it compares with the Hello There music.
