9AM: Boston & Orlando
10AM:Philly & ATL
11AM: Chicago & Houston
12PM: Denver & SLC
1PM: Phoenix & Las Vegas
2PM: SF & LA
3PM: Portland & Seattle

Just going straight left-to-right. 2PM and 3PM might be switched.

i think that is pretty spot on, but I am hoping Phoenix is earlier with Denver.
