Impossible. None of us are sane.

I've had EMH related dreams, but they were mostly pretty dumb.

Sanity is determined by the majority, so actually, we're sane. You're the one who's insane.

(a dozen psychologists just roared in anger and disgust, without quite knowing why)

...That's really freaky. While it wasn't EMH-related, I had a Slender Man dream too...but for some reason, it involve the Illuminati >>;;;

Not my fault I had it. It wasn't terribly interesting either. I think we were all playing pool.

So a few messages from Alex. Some of which has already been mentioned and discussed:

"Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: ...
im good, and i signed up by myself. Jeff wouldnt let me"

I asked him ages ago who signed him up.

"Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: ...
I did it to win. I wasn't going to let anybody else win Wink
And having a child sounds kinda difficult Wink I love my sleep"

He's showing a determination to win. Why?

"Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: ...
oh i see whats going on now... trying to scare me otta my goal ;D wont work"

Told him I was concerned for his safety because we don't know who HABIT is at all and that the winner could well be in danger.

"Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re:...
Yeah the guys kinda got mad at me. But there isn't anything anybody could do now. It's just a game, THAT IMA GONNA WIN"

again, why is he so determined to win?

(Didz is concerned, Alex is sillydumb)

::facepalm:: God damn it, Alex. You don't win this game! You only manage to not-lose! And not-lose means not getting killed viciously by HABIT's pet which is LIVING IN YOUR CLOSET ARGH.

Jeff, if you are reading this, your little brother is an idiot and you need to watch him like a hawk. Boy's in danger.

lol. I just thought it was weird how determined he was to win this tournament. It seems mildly psychotic of him lol.

LOL. I think this might just be what happens when you tell a 16-year-old "this is your character's motivation" and then let him ad lib. Wink

Youd think with all the Rake stuff, he wouldn't be acting like a "normal" teenager about this whole thing..

Heh. Maybe this will make you feel better: I realized I'm old enough to plausibly be Alex's father. Shocked

Well, it would seem his coping mechanism is heavy denial. Parent's dead? "No they aren't!" This game is possibly dangerous and may end in my death? "No it isn't, and no it won't!"

The denial must be heavier than I am.
