Well, okay, it's no Stephen King writing, but it's definitely not Stephanie Meyer writing either. I'm just saying, I've seen a LOT of stories written way worse than this, both plotwise and spelling/grammer wise. You can tell the kid was trying, or I can, at least.

This is just a literary nitpick, but never would I hold up Stephen King as writing to aspire by. The man simply cannot write good third-acts.

I guess you can say that the writing was decent, but he went about it too quickly. He was too enthusiastic. If it's actually an in game pull, then my hat is off to him, because it's a dang good one...

Ooof, good sir, I may have to ask you to step outside and take the gloves off. Hahaha.

Personally, I think he's got a great style of writing. I love how he weaves inner monologue into the narrative, and his description of every minor character and location is with pinpoint accuracy. I also love how the demons in his stories aren't just supernatural, they're also humane (example: The Shining deals with a haunted hotel, but Jack's real struggle is trying to overcome his alcoholism and his rage that eventually pushes him over the edge into insanity).

I could go on for hours, but I'll just leave it here. Obviously, this is just my opinion, I hold none of you to it. King just has the kind of writing style that I like to read in literature.

Talking about King, "solid" is the word that aways came to my mind. He has great ideas and comes up with some amazing scenes and visuals, his writing is good at times, spotty at others. If you look at his style though, he's no Nabokov - but who ever said he needed to be?

I don't read many Kings - some I read I liked, others I found not that well written, STARK then again certainly was a stylistically well done book. It all narrows down to what you're into, and if you are find with somebody writing in a "blue collar" sort of style Wink or fancy a more intellectual approach a la Danielewski.

I have to agree with Anonymousity, this isn't over. From how I read it it's a set up for the real slenders to show up, it has all the classic elements; introduced by other blogs/MH, fear of slenderman, starts seeing him, dismisses it as imagination, tries to fight subconsciously (by altering the belief) and now he's come clean and is on the verge of a breakdown.

Enter slender man...

Honestly if you were giving up on a blog would you leave with a post that long with that much exposition in it.

I have a strong feeling this is only the beginning.

If not, sorry mate, I hope you find another way out.

Is this guy for real, like no troll?
"Was Sanctem Mount because I didn't want this to be about Slenderman, but I ate an arm of one of them and I started getting some of their powers. On top of that, I Hallowed a Slenderman, and I have no idea what to do with him. His name is Breaker. I renamed the blog after him."

If we have learnt anything from other Slendy blogs/vlogs is that Slendy doesn't fall to Jack Diddley Squat.

Oh man, if he's not planning this then he HAS to do this, because that would be an awesome bait and switch.

And really, there's only one direction such a thing could go:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
"Alright, alright, I'm tired of running away, tired of hiding from shadows in my own room. Today, I went to Home Depot and bought an axe."

I kinda like the whole "I kicked slenderman's ass" thing. Reminds me of when I was in 8th grade and wrote storys about fire breathing platypus's from outerspace taking over North Korea.

Honestly I know this guy's other fanfic writings and it's more of the same. He has a bad tendency for over the top badass and the idea that if you try to force awesome that makes it so. His writing in and of itself isn't bad but the way he approaches it is a huge turn off.
