Re: Eerie Image Captured in Woods
OT, but still creepy as all hell

It also looks like it's headed RIGHT FOR THE CAMERA. Which makes sense if you've read the articles. One of them said the camera was destroyed.

Let's all send the same news stations some 20k Slenderman-pics and see how they react.

"We got them 20k Slenderman pictures. Allegedly taken by deer-watch-cameras which were later on destroyed. The pictures were sent after an anonymous source called us via phone. BUT WHO WAS PHONE?? More on this and the Rake after our weather break. Weather presenter?"

"No Mr. News man, YOU ARE THE WEATHER PRESENTER!!"

...

Or here's one.

"The creature in the picture appears to be rushing the camera. WHY DOES HE MAKE MOVE NOW?"

Terrible use of it, but it's 4 AM.

Would you really want to expose Slenderman to that many people though? And think then, how would we have these nice, sensible conversations with the influx of noobs to the forum?

The question is if Slenderman can expose himself to that many people. And I guess, yes, he can. Embarassed

I was trying to use a euphemism. With the guaranteed influx of people, we'd end up swamped with multiple threads going "WHUT IS DIS?!" and those of us that know what's going on would go "You fail Slendy forever."

I wouldn't mind a healthy dose of class warfare. It'll add to the Slender fiction that is this very board.

I now kind of want to do a Slendy story set in Soviet Russia.

One of my favorite blogs Forgetomori does some very reasoned debunking of this sort of thing and focused on the "swamp monster" picture today.
