Anyone else find the inspirational quote tweets a little bit annoying? Like the first one (ok not that inspirational, but still) was ok. But if this is going to become a thing I don't particularly appreciate it.

Why are they annoying? Because he's being less creeped out for a change? He can't be scared ALL the time, that'd get boring. He must be working on the Thanksgiving vid along with taking finals. Noah can tweet normal tweets if he wants to. I dunno, It just confuses me to why it annoys you is all. Neutral

Sorry if this has been covered before but; Has anyone else considered the connection between Noah and the whole 'totheark' thing with Marblehornets... as in... Noah's Ark?

Also, I may be way off the mark, but, I thought it would be fun to look up the significance of the number twelve - as it came up in Marblehornets {if I remember} as well as the obvious reference in TribeTwelve and this is the first link that came up;

http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_significance_does_the_number_12_have_in_the_Bible

Interesting.

Early speculation was more or less "Because Marble Hornets did it and that was cool". There's definitely a lot of old testament symbolism at work. There's no in-continuity connection, but there is some sort of symbolic connection, possibly.

Here's another mind screw for you: The Damsel of EverymanHYBRID lived in Alabama. Milo Asher of Tribe Twelve lived in Alabama. Marble Hornets takes place in Alabama. Coincidence?

Lots of missing kids in Alabama? Folk legend? Lots of German immigrants? (I say this because of the whole Der Großmann thing) Buuuttttt, its all probably just a homage to Marblehornets, right? Embarassed

I think EMH and TT's involvement with Alabama are homages due to the fact that MH is based there. (Unless they are related somehow, which is highly unlikely.)

In TribeTwelve's case, I could see it possibly just being coincidence, since it's not that far from where the series is filmed, but in the case of EverymanHYBRID it's probably intentional.

It's entirely possible that Damsel DID grow up in Alabama IRL. But that would be a pretty big coincidence.

It happens; no one who hears me talk would think "man that dude is from Boston". But I don't really think she grew up in AL, was just playing devil's advocate.

That happens quite often. I lived in Yorkshire for 3 years, lost my midlands accent, now I'm back home and have been for 4 years my midlands accent is back but does slip back to yorkshire occasionally.....hence me having a fucking awful accent. lol.
