the filename "noentry" makes me think it more likely that it is option B. Especially considering the first part is filmed by the chestcamera.

The second part is some one calling for J more than once. To me it sounds like a could people are calling to him.

Yeah, it's definitely Jay in the video. The fisheye lens is a dead giveaway. I get the feeling he installed it to make the process of filming himself easier.

Regarding the filename "noentry", I feel like "entry" could mean one of two things: the MH entries, or entry into a place. Maybe Jay was trying to enter the ark; who knows.

Tried to clean it up the best I can. The dropped the quality a tone before adding the distortion effects so there isn't much I could do with it. The first part sucks, I'm honest about that. The second part is a bit better.

One flaw with this theory though. The person is wearing a blue jacket, not a brown jacket.

The person was probably traveling with Jay.

I will need to go back and see if Jessica was ever filmed wearing a blue jacket.
