Has anyone thought that maybe it's not Jay in the video, but Alex? It seems a little far-fetched at first, but Alex's footage showing up on Jay's hard drive wouldn't be the weirdest thing to happen in the series. Although that doesn't explain why Alex would have the chestcam....

That does make sense. It could be possible that they did find each other, he just forgot for whatever reason (does anyone else think prolonged exposure to Slendy gives Amnesia?) and now he's back at point one.

Just a question, since I'm currently not at my own computer, and therefore cannot use Audacity. The audio clips that say probably say 'Alex'... Do they sound anything like the sounds in 'Deluge', the reversed and slowed sound of a girl saying 'Alex' repeatedly?

I'm not entirely sure I like the idea that this footage was from Alex. For one, Alex's camera records to DV tapes, and that's the camera he and his gal pal fled from his new house in, and for two, Jay seemed unfazed by the chestcam when he woke up, implying that he had previously obtained it for use in his misadventures (he was probably sick of dropping the handheld all the time).

On the other hand, Jay has obviously had to download any taped footage to his hard drive in order to edit it and upload it to the internets. And we (read: I) still have absolutely no clue what happened in those seven months.

To me, this latest video fits in with the theory that either Masky or the Operator is (or both are) baiting Jay, luring him toward whatever end they have in store. The "noentry" title, quick edits, high contrast, quiet voices, and heavy distortion all seem to indicate totheark (although if that's true, the fact that it was marked "no entry" and Jay made an entry out of it anyway might mean Jay's in for some unpleasant consequences).

I was always a fan of the idea that there were multiple Maskies, one for each of the vanished friends (and Tim). Maybe the Operator wants the full set?

Well shoot, I was posting speculation in the wrong thread.

Anyway, when Jay opens the bloody clothes he stands up and takes a few steps back. Apparently, there was something in the cloth.

There was also a very distinct sound from 0:37-0:40. I don't know what it is, but it seems worth mentioning.

Next up is the distortion on most of the tears, they seem to having timing conflicts between the frames.

Notes, Analysis, & Speculation

Given where this file was located an the naming it is likely that Jay is the cameraman, however, there is insufficient evidence

to verify this.

The fork that can be seen at the beginning might be an exit of some sort.

At 0:30 the camera turns sharply to the left, this is most likely the cameraman looking over his shoulder to see if they are

still being pursued.

The tearing at 0:33-0:34 seems impossible as the camera is pointing down for the top portion and up for the bottom portion. It

appears that the portions are from 2 different points in time.

At 0:36-0:40 it looks as if the cameraman turns around because he heard something. Or it could be they were turning to look at

the blood in puddle.

The voice at 0:43-0:44 sounds like it is saying "Joseph". It may also be "closer". The first onset cannot be made out (the 'j' or 'cl'). The second coda is also vague ('ph' or 'r'). Alternatively, it may be saying "Are you safe?"

No clear view of can be made of what was in the cloth.

The voice at 0:52 sounds as if it is saying "Jay". Again, the onset is hard to make out.

The voice at 0:54 sounds as if it might be saying "Jess" or "Seth". Again, the onset is hard to make out. Additionally the coda is a bit distorted. It could be something else. Really, all I have to go on is 'eh' sound followed by something.

Neither of the above makes much sense, more analysis is needed.

The audio distortion at 0:55 sounds awfully familiar, didn't a similar audio distortion when the Operator appeared in a different Entry? Maybe it is a sound specific to the operator.

The clicking sound at 1:02 might be the camera's audio giving out. Although it sounds kind of like a mouse click as well.

The hand of the cameraman appears to be male.

The blood flowed from the rock area to the puddle near the entrance.
