Just to make it simplier, couldn't William have just been watching the video feed and then had nightmares about it? Or maybe that door is just where the sh*t always hits the fan for everyone Wink

I'm going to go with that William was not there, and that he picked up the signal. This seems to to be more inline with the plot so far.

It would not be the first time some one had a dream about what happened in CMH with out actually being there.

So far these dreams have simply been plot devices with out puzzles, and most of the graffiti seemed to be filmed for atmosphere and location identification. However, I may be wrong and all the crazy scribbling might be important later, once we know why the inmates were scribbling it, and for what purpose.

I wonder if the figures in the video are related to the mysterious figure we saw in one of Ron's sound files? The shape of the head looks kinda similar...
