Yes he is.. and so is the other guy.. looks like there is some writing on the other guys badge but too blurry to read..
And whats that in his hands? looks like some kind of shootin iron thingy..or a crack pipe torch..

Somebody good with photoshop should enhance and depixelate the badges....think jane is a photoshop pro.... is that possible, im sure it is...analyze analyze analyze... do it

The device Arthur has in his hand resembles old stylye handheld bunsen burners I've seen before, and though the photo is blurry, it looks rather like petri dishes on the table/counter.

Maybe someone can upload images to the forum, I've had no success, but google images should show something like I'm suggesting.

I can see how it could be a bunsen burner Xeno. It also reminds me of some type of air compressor gun or injector somewhere between an airbrush and the wicked cattle euthanizer Anton Chigurh used to knock off people in No Country for Old Men. Below are some pics with Josh's dad at bottom:

why should we assume the black male is josh's dad

the man on the pic is around the age of 40

the picture is taken somewhere at the mid/end 70ies

take 5-10 years of study and scientific work to get at a highly restricted area like area51 and we are back in the 60ies where black male have been "gun-food" in vietnam

partly not allowed to go to the same university with "white"

laundries all over the country had "NO COLORED" signs - and they didnt meant the color of the clothes Sad

add the chat sentence "he trusted me while others didnt"

and we get..........think.....think......beeing logical.........

josh's dad is in the backgrund and mysterio is in the front.........trusted a black scientists when others didnt?!?!?!?

I have no idea why anyone thinks I'm a pro at photoshop I just putts around with it folks..
