Thank you all so much for these. They're important, and they help give us some context, however small.

I've been trying to locate HABIT on Gmail for awhile, even added him to my contacts but I never get any icon next to his name, be it green or gray. I assume the fault is on my own end.

So he says he's mankind's bad habit and distinctly implies that he has had more than one host and has been everywhere. We can chalk some of this leading language up to some Exorcist-style bravado - the demon in that story claimed to be the Devil himself when it was actually just another demon - but for the moment, I have to assume HABIT is telling the truth about this. Which means it may indeed be a separate entity from Evan's mind.

It's also well acquainted with the Corenthals, it seems. "And his damned wife" - it distinctly didn't like Maryann. Why? Didn't she dote on Evan I/Our Evan? It also says we're down the wrong track assuming it all goes back to the Corenthals. I also think the Corenthals are somewhat incidental to the larger issue and threat.

I really need to find this guy on Gmail and talk to him myself.

If we push him on the Cs, we might get more information - since he hates them.

Also, there's always challenging him on the identification with Evan, who he calls a pussy - on the possibility, which he seems to be tacitly denying, that he is just a multiple personality. If he gets upset and spouts off he might say something that could clarify that issue.

Further, let's assume he was talking to SM in the kitchen recently, arguing with him. It's a fair question to ask him whether he is running these trials on his own, and if the big guy knows. If he wants to assert his independence again we might get more information.

Alright, so I think I'm going to email HABIT later today. Wish him a merry Christmas, ask some questions and such things. Anyone have any questions/comments/things they want me to add? Y'know, just in case you'd rather not ask him yourself. Or just suggestions, really.
