From Wikipedia...
Quote:
In 2010 the Coca-Cola Company paid tribute to Pemberton as a key character within an advertising campaign called Secret Formula. Centered on the secret ingredients of Coca-Cola, imagery related to Pemberton was used to make people more aware of Coke's history and mythology.
It's already over?
ETA: Guess not because he's still tweeting. hmm

This is apparently being done by W+K Portland , the folks who did Go Forth -- so while an ARG isn't guaranteed by any stretch of the imagination, it is a possibility.
Also: oh my god that tweetfail mp3 is hilarious.

Any time the little bottle logo is in the top right corner it's clickable.
A few of my favorites -
Clicked the 4 bottles at 00:58 and got:
http://www.cokeperfectserve.com/index_en.html#/home
the vault at 00:37 gives you:
http://www.coca-cola.com/restricted/livefeed/
but it looks like that is just the feed that Turducken mentioned, loved the ghost of Dr Pemberton in there. Good stuff.
And the Smilizer at 00:55 was entertaining.

Background Text I don't like Coke but I played with this a bit because it made me laugh (I especially like the MP3).
As far as I know the only links to be found so far are as follows:
The Secret is Out There Video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iWcSKbvNNqc
Two Guys Video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9KBfVM87qHA&feature=related
Facebook - http://www.facebook.com/cocacola?v=app_122918311073218
MySpace - http://www.myspace.com/formula-for-happiness
Twitter - http://twitter.com/docpemberton
Pemberton Medical Files - http://www.coca-cola.com/restricted/pembertonfiles/
TwitPics - http://twitpic.com/photos/docpemberton
TweetFail MP3 - http://plunder.com/DocPembertonTweetFail-download-351c41ab8a.htm
"Live" Video Feed - http://www.coca-cola.com/restricted/livefeed/
Facebook App - http://www.facebook.com/cocacola?v=app_124099127614129&ref=ts
Smileizer - http://www.mycoke.com/htmls/smileizer/Smileizer
Coke Perfect Serve - http://cokeperfectserve.com/index.html
The final link seems the most promising right now since there's a currently unfinished section of the site called 'My Best Kept Secret'.
For what it's worth I noticed the lighter text in the background of the medical files and photoshopped out the darker text and images to read it. Sadly the writing is so bad it's mostly unreadable though every now and then you 'll catch something like 'adrenal tissue' or 'musculature '. My guess is it has no bearing on the game and is just medical gibberish for filler.
*Updated to add new links

Teen Eateries? according to various websites:
"Coke promises both online and offline roll-out of the keyhole logo, with rewards in the offing for discovery. Limited edition bottles will appear in live music venues, BET and MTV award shows and tweeny eateries. Online, unlock bottles will crop up at youth-oriented sites and social media channels."
Like McDonalds? What would one consider a tweeny eatery?

Place where "tweens" hang out? That all powerful 18-25 demographic?

Sorry, I wasn't clear with my question. I know what a tween is (kids 10-12, not quite little kids but not yet teenagers) what I want to know is what sort of restaurants would you consider to be targeted at tweens. Chucky Cheese is a little to young and I would think places like Apple Bees or Outback Steakhouse would be targeted at 25+. So what sort of establishments are targeted towards tweens? If the limited edition Coke bottles are only going to appear at 'tween eateries' it would help to know which one's are likely. I don't eat out much so I don't want to restaurant hop just to find a silly bottle.

I hate being a necromancer on any forum, but I felt to urge to rez this.
I just saw a commercial for Secretformula.com on CMT on TV. He's been tweeting, but methinks the game is afoot once more.
Or just another viral.
