Yeah, that grabbed me too when I watched the video, but the rest of the song carries a few themes as well. The whole not sleeping at night, looking sick, having a friend/loved one in danger, and initially trying to prevent others from getting involved. I mean, it probably wasn't intended to refer to Slender Man in any way, but damn... I know that the more you look for something, the more you'll find it, but I keep finding more and more connections now. xD
