I found this and I have no idea what to do. Don't even know if it will work and what results we will get or even if it means anything. So hopefully someone will know what to do.

The Wyatt poem is using charset=iso-8859-1 with a font of Tempus Sans ITC. Could that mean there is another message encoded or am I totally not understanding this stuff?

If that doesn't help, below is an article to convert the charset of ISO 8859-1 to UTF-16. Again, I have no idea what to do.

You can use the HTMLDecode method to decode the charset data into a string. After decoding into the string (which in in fact a unicode string), you can use the Methods in UnicodeEncoding to to whatever you want with it.

About the 2 Words and T,
maybe it meens WORD TO WORD, maybe we should ROT a word each time?

Thought I should clarify this. The "T" in "Throughout" is NOT in bold. It's only done in a larger font. You can verify this in the source. So I think the hint is the two "words" and NOT the "T".
