I agree with JKatkina, the timing of when the banging stops makes sense for it to be her doing it, even if she isn't aware of it.

Her not opening the door all the way makes sense to me, I know if someone was knocking on my door in a hotel in the middle of the night, I would be cautious too. She has as much reason to be suspicious of Jay, as he has of her. I doubt that we will find anything suspicious in the dark behind her.

On a side note, who else is disappointed that the eclipse had nothing to do with the entry. Sad Seems like such a missed opportunity for the series.

 		Uh, you guys. If you watched the interview Troy and Joseph did, they said their videos would never ever correspond or relate with any ~special marked calender event~ like Winter Solstice because of their shooting schedule.

I myself like that the videos and the imagery/symbolism they show don't align themselves with anything like that, I think it's pretty trite and unimaginative myself. It's more unpredictable and fun to see the Operator do things his own I-don't-give-a-fuck way.

That, honestly, looked more like a computer screen to me. It definitely looked like it was giving off light.

But yes, it looked like a face to me, as well.

Edit: as to the picture posted by Theycallmehsexypants (or something like that), I honestly think I see another person. The section that he circled only once, beside Jessica's nose, looks like a person wearing a hood with a bit of paint on their face. The hood looks like it covers about half of their face, specifically the right (left from our point of view) side of their face. You can see their teeth, as well, so they appear to be smiling or snarling.

I don't know, it's late and I need to sleep.

Oh yes, of course he does! He was always too nervous to talk to girls in high school, so he'd tap out little messages to them with his pencil, hoping one of them would respond. BUT NO ONE EVER DID. D:
