Though the safe was not mentioned in this entry, I would like to bring up something interesting. The strange sounds happened yesterday, and he decided to confront her yesterday, the day of the Lunar Eclipse. I did some research and found that yesterday was Winter Solstice.

Now, I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before, but the last time that a lunar eclipse and winter solstice took place on the same night was 1638, which was 372 years ago. This is possibly the safe code, and so I thought I'd throw this out there. But I want to hear what you guys think, so here we are.

So...I may or may not have registered on this forum specifically for this purpose.
I personally don't see Jessica being a fellow slenderstalked/masky clone canidate. She just isn't...acting right. Most of the slenderstalked (especially if it's been for a while) act extremely paranoid and irate - par example, I'm pretty sure Jay at some of the worse points of this paranoia (he seems to be doing a little better right now, but, let's say, after the events of entries 18 or 23) would be totally liable to pull a shotgun on anyone who knocked on his door at night, friendly or no. He'd probably refuse to open the door at least.
What I do suspect, however, is that Masky is trying to isolate him. It is entirely possible that he could be hiding out in Jessica's room - duck under her bed or whatever, she's not going to check because she's not paranoid, and get Jay to do freaky things, like, oh I dunno, knock on her door at one in the morning with a camera in hand about noises she didn't remember making. It just doesn't seem like a logical progression of events that Slendy would go stalk a girl we've only seen once, and didn't seem to be all that close to Alex (but like I said, we only saw her once, and I could be very off-base there).
But anyway, back to my point. Masky is trying to get Jay to scare this girl off so he'll be alone - and more vulnerable. It's easy to build up paranoia and fear when a person's alone, but add even one more person and it makes it harder - also, having ready access to Jessica could very easily mean that he has easier access to the rest of the cast, and Masky most likely doesn't want him to be able to find those people - and, by extension, doesn't want him to be able to find Alex.
Because Alex, from what we saw in Entry 26, seems to know a LOT more than we thought he did (or is at least calm and capable of putting it all together).

...Then again, all this could be my brain trying to keep her from becoming a recurring character because I hate her. So ya know.

Thanks, Undertheark. My volume was at 48 when I clicked that link, and I was reading the post above yours while it was loading the page, and when it started playing, I jumped out of my seat (I was/am wearing headphones). And then electric saw sounds came from the house next to mine, which was rather creepy. And then I started hearing steps...coming from my EMPTY ROOM UPSTAIRS. Why?

I just really don't want the lights to go out right now.
