[OT][WILD SPEC] Spartan 2.0 in Halo 2?

/me slaps a big Explanation of the Spartan Project Razz

Sorry, I might have gotten carried away with the size of that thing. Spartan 2.0 is gauranteed to be in Halo 2, since the Master Chief from Halo is a Spartan 2.0. Spartan 1.0 was the pilot program to test the enhancement injections that they were given. Spartan 2.0's are still human, but they seem superhuman to us normal folk. The armor adds to the mystery of it all.

Not the best explanation, but it'll do.

Of course there'll be SPARTAN-IIs in Halo 2. Master Chief is a SPARTAN-II.

The real questions are...will there be SPARTANones in Halo 2?

Or perhaps SPARTAN-IIIs?....

And whatever was Ackerson doing in the ground at Reach?

And will Master Chief ever wonder what became of his family?

AFAIK, all the Spartan I's died during "training"
There *may* be Spartan III's, but ti's all spec.

However what there IS, and this is confirmed, is a new suit of armour. Currently the Spartans have Mark V, and there's a suit of Mark VI which MC get's his hands on.

Now it's possible that something goes wrong with that instead...

AFAIK there's been no indication that this ARG is taking pace in a time frame AFTER the events of Halo the game... as there?

If not then the time frame we're in with all these .wavs could be say, 15 years prior to the first halo novel, about 35 years before Halo 1.

Also, do we KNOW that James & Gilly are 100% certain Spartan I's? If so I missed that .wav (honestly, not managed to listen to them all yet) and if there is a .wav confirming this would you be a gent and let me know which one? Thanks! Smile

Ah of course... I'm being a bit slow.

Still, it's odd that no-where, aside from this ARG, have the Spartan I's been mentioned, other than a "failed program".

Maybe some survived then... still, it'd be nice to get confirmation.
