Work is holding me back. Always holding me back. But I think I am ok with being non-crew. The real pain is the catch-up after days like this.

Maybe the non-crew members siding with the Apocalypso can all join together and make their own unofficial division of the real crew?
=D Pro-Apocalypsonians(?) unite!

Yes indeed. Plenty of hobbits; a little short in the AI department.

Omaha, Nebraska will never get an axon, it seems. I've been contacted by another Omaha person, but they don't post. I'm the only whining voice in my battle to get an axon in Omaha. I just hope that if I get an axon, it'll be after 4:00 Central (2:00 Pacific), or else I won't be able make it on a Tuesday.
It's LIKE another country here.

But where specifically in NZ? If I'm further south than you are, it would make me the person officially least likely to answer a call.

Auckland. There's a lot of space south of me.

Well, I've got you all beat. I live very close to a town that had about 19
axons today. I got 5 of them. This brings my total activated axon count
around the state to 17. You should see the lengths I have gone to.
Illegal parking? Check.
Harassment of ill timed public phone users? Check.
Running of red lights? Check.
Wasting expensive, precious fossil fuels? Check.
Doubling of speed limit? Check.
Driving on sidewalks? Check. Yes, really.
Trespassing? Check.
Obstruction of public transportation? Check.
Losing hundreds of dollars by taking multiple days off? Check.
Public drunkedness? Check.
Ignoring of carpool regulations? Check.
Fleaing the scene of a crime (only j-walking)? Check.
Defacement of public property? Check.
Possibly damaging a relationship permanently? Check.
At this point, I have put all of this effort out for what?
The opportunity to answer a question and say "Continue".
All things considered, if SP, Melissa, or PF email me my very own
axon coordinate, things might be different but right now I say
"I WILL NOT".
Then again, for the foreseeable future, there's always going to be another
Tuesday.

Well I'm in Wellington - if I wanted to go to america to answer phones I'd most likely have to go to Auckland first!

Count me amoung the Canadians watching from the sidelines. The PMs do know it's not all igloos and ice floes up here, yes? We do have payphones here in Toronto, honest!!

Heh. I'm fairly close to three axon groups, but I figured that the pepole who've been doing this for awhile deserve the reward more than I, so it's work for me instead.

Like, same here, eh? However, the Pious Flea sent me the SP-in-distress email last week, so I might be recruited for something else.

I'm right behind ya, Steve - and so is the rest of the SP Army (I hope)!
FOR THE PRINCESS! BOO-YAH!

Can you go Saturday? The current plan is to stake out the phones at the coordinates using as many possible (but appropriate) datums as we can pinpoint phones for. Coordinate in london axon thread.
I'll see what I can do. And I'll make sure my Garmin GPS Reciever is fully stocked, and my motorbike fully fuelled.
