It's a bit annoying how they tell us to go on the site to type in our code and they don't even have that part of the site ready yet. I don't want to be a complainer but seriously. It's like they finally throw us a bone and we think the game is really going to kick off but then it's just another thing we have to wait for.

I know what you mean Kurt - it's not good for fleet morale.
Eleven72 - for me RP keeps going between refresh every 0.1 seconds and the regular old RP site we usually get.
I sure hope something interesting happens soon for Cap. Coop and recruits. This is turning into an AWG (awful waiting game).

The site won't load for me. It won't start 'fueling the ship'.

Clear Web Browser Cache I'm able to connect(but this was two hours later). You might want to clear your web browser cache to make sure you're not hitting an older version of the site. This might be a good sign, though. Could mean updates to the page are being made.
And i know that for some this may seem like slow going ARG play time, but you have to remember that it's planned out and they release info on a schedule. Try to be patient and just have fun ^_^

The ARG has been fun for me. I think it's just the indication that there will be a chat that doesn't happen or is one sided with just a couple of lines that makes some of us a little impatient – or like Kurt said – receiving the certificates that instruct us to register at RP when there seems to be no workable registration area. The anticipation has been building – I think we'll be seeing a little action soon.

I just want to be able to type that code in. Haha. I'm not sure if I really care what happens afterward.
But yeah, I realize that we will have to wait until the movie is closer to it's release date to see any real action.
So far I love the concept of it though.

I went to RP to sgin in with my name, now that I remembered what it was, and instead of the usual "sorry, no registration record found" I got "Sorry connect failed" But then if I press it again, I get the usual no registration found.
Anybody else get this?

Well this morning I woke up with an idea. My computer just keeps refreshing over and over again when I got to the RP site like others have stated. I thought maybe type in your code in after the rocketpoppeteers.com in the address bar. Ex. rocketpoppeteers.com/(insert your code)
I did that and the site started up like it normally did. (Without the annoying refresh thing.) I thought I had figured it out or something but then I tried typing anything after the site name in the address bar like rocketpoppeteers.com/h and it started it up like that as well. So I wasn't really on to something...

I thought of that, too.
Now the site is down completely.
At first, Firefox would not even allow it to load at all.
Now, it's just a black screen.
Updating?
Also, when I tried to view the images on STIES, my computer started opening random files from my computer; the "Beach Ball of DEATH" turned and turned ...
I had to re-boot, and now everything's running s-l-o-w (and I'm on a MAC).
This has never happened.

Weird. I can't load the RP site normally but if I type /(something) afterward it opens like normal. It isn't completely down for me though.
I have no clue why STIES did that to you though. It's especially odd that it happened to a MAC.

i actually posted about a week or two ago saying the same thing was going on with me (on a mac) but took it down shortly after i realized that it was probably just the fault of the website or my program and that they weren't updating anything, when i found that the site eventually worked. Before that, it would either freeze at the loading (fuel up) screen, or just stay black completely.
at first i was all ready to rock and roll, thinking that they were updating the site and all…but realized that they weren't yet, and thought it would just be better to remove the post and just wait it out. I have got the "Connection Failed" too once or twice, but didn't think anything of it either. Upon trying again, it just said that it was "not found" or whatever.
I wouldn't worry too much about it. They'll update it. I'm sure they'll tweet it. And you may even see a little campaign and contest like they did with slusho and making your own Japanese Inspired slusho commercial.
everyone's excited….but dont jump the gun.
