Yeah, I know, but for some reason, it seems weird to me. I mean, he only decided to make his own twitter once Evan got a computer.

Well, he seems to be controlling the Rake and Evan at the same time, so it doesn't seem that big of a stretch to me. But meh, I'm quite possibly wrong.

I think what I like best about HABIT is that we can apply so many explanations! Personally I favor him stealing time and computers!

This! I really really hope you are right. Imagine, later in we get HABIT with his own videos and such, after everyone knows its Evan (or someone, you know)! That would actually be pretty awesome.
