Rolling Eyes I've been trying to negotiate a trade for my wife's Arcade Aid poster 666, and while there have been some very good offers (looking in the direction of the awesome SoCalSteve, among others), she really doesn't want to trade it for another item and wants me to eBay it. *sigh* I'm not too pleased with the situation (she initially was receptive to the idea of trading Evil or Very Mad ), because I really wanted someone from UF be able to trade for it.

Anyway, thanks one and all for the interest. I wanted to let everyone know here first before seeing an eBay listing pop-up for it.

I'm assuming she wants to sell it because of the prices they've been fetching?

i was hoping those who went to SF could help me. i was certain that there were 2 types of posters given out. black posters that had black light reactive images that could be seen without black lights. and blue posters that also had black light reactive ink that could only be seen with black light. also that the posters were numbered 1 of 3, 2 of 3, or 3 of 3.

can anyone confirm or debunk this for me?

My buddy got me one of the posters...I'll check it out when I get home and let you know, Steve. Can't fill in the whole picture, but can confirm some of it.

As I understand it...There were 4 posters (left over from SDCC09) passed out to SF "Operatives". A blue one with no UV overlay and 3 variants of the black one (1of3, 2of3 & 3of3) which when combined gave the grid coordinates for the path of streets leading to Flynn's.

I have a 3of3 that I'll trade for an EOLC Poster if anyone's interested.

So...just wanted to put it out there again, I will soon have in my hands a blue poster, if anyone is interested enough in it, and think any of these items are a fair trade, I would be willing to trade it for an EOLC poster, a 42E bit, or a bit set by shaved_ape/Socalsteve. I doubt I will get any takers, but hey, can't hurt to try.

Partly, yes. She doesn't want anymore 'stuff', so the bit set didn't work out as a trade ("where would we put it?"). Sad Personally, I wanted to frame it and trade my #661 instead, but she's just too superstitious about the numbers...owel. Sad

Okay, I want an EOLC poster. What do people want in return? I may not be able to trade much, but if willing, I'll just outright pay for it.

What I Have:

face off pin
punch out pin
guard pin
flynn lives pin (with note from zack)
tron night poster
tron night daft punk and rinzler cards
clu/sam and quorra double sided poster (measures 27x18.5)(if you want pics let me know)
Set of 27x40, Studio Issued Tron Triptych Posters. They are slightly damaged. Honestly they just look a little used. (PM me if you wanna see pics)
Kevin Flynn Deluxe Identity Disc
I might have an extra operation tron code
Size M promo shirt (The one with the QR code)
And I would consider trading the 27x40 Theatrical poster of Sam/Quorra that has the google barcode in the corner. I think it may have a little tear though.

haha and this has nothing to do with Tron, but if you like That 70's show you may want this. Topher grace, the guy that played Eric Foreman on That 70's show was in Dallas this week and he signed a few things for me. I can offer a picture that he signed of him as Eric Foreman.

What I Want:

89 pin. I would like the note from zack too, but if you don't have it I am still interested in just the pin.

/derez Flynn Lives shirt. Size large is my preference but I will consider others.

Thanks!

heres my issue, i was with 3 other people and was certain the blue posters were black light reactive, but looking at them last week, none of them were. so my questions are 1) are they reactive? 2)were they once? (time, temperature, moisture sensitive ink... IDK)

p.s. If you don't remember what the tryptich posters are, they are the 3 posters that when put together make 1 big image. They are all 27x40 full theatrical size issued by the studio. Remember I am still waiting to hear from the company, so I will not officially accept any offers until I hear back from the company.
where did you get those?

My blue poster had backlight ink. I have no way to test it as I don't have a black light, but I could see the ink pretty clearly on it. That said, I haven't looked at it in a bit so I would have to break it out to be certain, but I remember it having the recognizer and stuff on it.

yep that's what I remember as well. thank you for removing the theory that I'm going crazy Robbie. MadOpal, when you get a chance i'd love to hear if yours (or anyone elses) is still reactive. I've tried 3 different blacklights on various posters... nothing!
