Okay, something I just gotta know, and forgive me if it seems uber noobish to ask.

Just what the heck is up with people saying to give Slender Man $20? I tried that and I woke up three months later with no memories and serious rectal trauma.

And am I the only one who thought the Splendorman vid was very reminicant of a toy commercial?

I half expected there to be a voiceover at the end saying:
"Buy your official Splendorman doll today! For only $29.95, comes with everything you see here!"

I personally think Slenderman would be much more effective at catching his prey if he dressed like Splendorman, he wouldn't even need to pursue them, they'd just come running gleefully into his arms.

Thare, now I've planted that in your head you won't be able to watch that vid without wondering if it's just a different form of slendy's hypnotic power.

At about 1:49, when J pans back to look at tothepark following him, there's a weird white thing next to his head. IMO it looks like he's taking off a mask.

The only weird thing I could see about that guy in the woods was that he stood extremely still while Alex approached him. If we are to assume he's more than just a one-time-use suspense tool then perhaps something has happened to J since his visit to the house. Remember, he appeared to not only jump through time during his last visit, but space as well. Could be he can control some aspects of time? Dude looked fuh-ro-zun.

And yes I know he was listening to an mp3 player, but seriously, that's either really bad scripting which requires great amounts of suspension of disbelief (you can still hear people with headphones on, especially when it's silent around you) or something important just happened there.

It seems odd that a totally unimportant multiple-minute segment would be thrown in there. Of course, they could be trying to fuck with us...
