Spin-off from what? This doesn't look like it's even vaguely related to Marble Hornets.
It just looks like another pretentious, home-made/student "creepy" video to me.

Seems it was a guy making a half-assed attempt at his own ARG, but tried to convince people it was real. Unoriginal, and a bit pathetic really.

Well,i'm glad you found the mention,but dude he's trying to act like tta.his video sucks i know,it's interesting to watch though.

At first it was quite creepy, but then it started to feel like America's Funniest Home Video's when I started seeing people. Still, effectively creepy in parts.

The video was uploaded March 29, 2009, which actually makes it slightly older than Marble Hornets.
