 		Ok, for the IOUIDO_1.1 video, I think I got the morse code as best I could. It seems to be

Which comes out to be:

 		From what I could hear the first half sounds a little bit like military code. I can at least make out the first and second part I think but I am fuzzy on the rest.

 		I used Audacity to fiddle around with the latest audio file from thewrach. I changed the pitch and it sounds better. The attachment is in wav format, apologies it's not in an mp3 format.

Have you managed to find the link to video 3.1 through this? I am trying to decipher what you found but maybe I am just not looking at it right...

No, I haven't found the link yet. However, I did some more research, and it sounds like The Witches Rune/The Wiccan Rune.

I have identified where the images of dots and dashes come from. They are a part of a stock visual elements pack for motion graphics artists called Riot Gear sold by videocopilot.net In that pack the black/white images seen in the videos and website are filed under Brush_Paint_images.
That website has been running for a number of years and I don't think it can be connected to ARG. Riot Gear is one of the older products on that page as well.
I don't know if knowing where the images came from is of any use. But they have been used quite extensively and I bet they have some sort of underlying meaning.
