Everything I got.

Ok, so I haven't been visiting this forum as often as I'd like, and I've been posting even less. So I have decided to post everything I know/suspect and let people criticize or correct as they want. Also: I will be making several excursions into the field in the next week. If anyone wants to come along and scope out the area, simply let me know. Two heads are better than one, and all that jazz.

Episode 1

Solved Clues

1) Morse Code: Crothers and the Parrot go back and forth for the entire episode exchanging morse code with each other. The code translates to "START AT WALLACH WALK"

2) Balto Statue: This refers to the famous statue of Balto in Central Park as seen here. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Balto

3) Cape Shakespeare and Columbus Rock: This refers to the statues of William Shakespeare and Christopher Columbus in Central Park. They face each other, and there is a small garden between them.

4) Dairy: The Dairy building in central park. http://www.centralpark.com/photos/show/13061/the-dairy

5) 48 armies: The chess and checkers building has 24 outdoor chess tables. With 2 armies per table, this building houses 48 armies.

Unsolved Clues

1) Pentral Cark: Switching the C and the P

2) ILL/ELE:

3) Belly Jeans: Nickname for maternity pants. Also: Dylans Candy Bar has its flagship store on 60th and 3rd ave. They are known for having a wall of jelly beans of all different flavors on it.

4) Maddie Hays: Name of one of the main characters from the TV show "Moonlighting." It is notable that the character worked for the "Blue Moon Detective Agency." Played by Cybill Shepard.

5) The Captains Favorite Rock: Seems to be a dam somewhere. Perhaps if tutty died, the captain buried tutty there? And tutty is supposed to be the treasure after all....

6) The Code of All Codes: The Captains foot: could possibly be the treasure trail. It also kind of looks like a violin.

7) Red Hell and Bloody Death: Reference to "The Far Side of the World" by Patrick O'Brian. The summary can be read here:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Far_Side_of_the_World but it is mostly concerned with the seafaring adventures of captain Jack Aubrey, who says the line.

8: Between wind and water: Nautical Term that refers to the part of a boat that is exposed when the ship crests, but submerged when it sinks.

9) Chinese Finger Trap

Thats all for now. More to come soon.

I've always heard it as "Pentral Carp". Any others?

The C with the P Rule

I initially thought it was Pentral Cark, however, if memory serves me right, Mulligan in a tweet or facebook post, typed Pentral Carp.

That's pretty good.

I went to Dylan's back in October and got yelled out by the security guard. I checked every where under every cabinet and even stuck my hand twice in the big tub with all those big colorful gum balls right near the bathrooms. It's not there. Whatever you do do not buy those potato candies, they are gross.

I do think we are looking for decoding in every video.

Just so you all know it's not in McCarren, Flushing or even Madam Tussauds or 250 feet away in the lot that comes up under construction in Google Smile

Which is why there is major decoding.

Oh, I forgot to mention that we were also told that all the Homages are not clues. So we can't include those clues for Billie Jean King, Far Side of the World, the BB King clue, King Kong clue, Marry Poppins clue, Bart Simpson clues and sports clues, and all the other homages. Perhaps they are used in some other sort of way.

GODDAMN IT. I just typed out my whole analysis for episode 2, and when I tried to submit it, my browser crashed and I lost it. Like an idiot, I didnt save it anywhere else. I'll try to write it up again in a while. Sorry for the delay.
