Apparently he didn't receive it. I got my rank moved up to a 4. It's better than nothing. And I would LOVE a pony!!!

On an unrelated note, I didn't have the chance to submit anything before the timeline; have been brutally swamped. So I remain at a measly level 2 until the next assignments.
