 		From what I can interpret, I can guess that it means that it references something that has a good foundation (which seems to be how the term is used/referenced on cement websites, based on a quick glance). So maybe b/c it's on his shirt, he's saying that he has a good foundation? Confused

You (and the shirt) are awesome. I won't terrify the remaining 4 or so members still posting on the Flynn Lives forum with a picture of me in it, just take my word for it, the shirt is very very cool...
