I tried a lot of different variations of the camera model (I concur that it is Rolleiflex K7B), various names of istanbul and the picture filename (15976576) for UN/PW, but no luck there. The clues seem kind of sparse compared to part 1, don't you think?

I haven't had hardly enough time to spend figuring this stuff out. Hopefully I'll be able to this weekend. Sure seems like th PM has stepped up his game! ...Only wish I was a good enough crypologist to crack this stuff more easily.
