Wow. Well that's great, now I've got to get the one man jet to go along with this whenever it comes out. ; )

those tanks!

Any screen caps from Legacy that show the tanks? All I can find on line are the tanks from Evolution at the moment and they look nothing like these.

Is there seriously no one in the UK close to one of these stores that could help us US folks out? First the Recognizer set, now I see THIS is also available only to Disney Stores in the UK as well. Also, a kids costume! My kids would MURDER for that thing!!

I am willing to cover all costs and shipping as well as throw you a few extra bucks for the trouble. Or I can offer up any US items that the UK hasn't had available to them. I just REALLY, REALLY want to get my hands on some of these things for myself and my kids.

...Son of a Bit. Now I'm even more envious of the UK.

EDIT: Wait, maybe I'm overreacting. Is that case different in any good way from the Reconizer case we have in the states?

Han Cholo

I'm sure someone already posted this, but I'm diggin' the Han Cholo Tron designs. I just wish they didn't cost so much!

His site is pretty cool -- it combines a lot of things I really enjoy (Tron, 80's chic, Arcade Games, Metallica, ghetto-fabulous bling, etc.)

I'd like the Identity Disc belt buckle, but I can't justify spending that much on a belt buckle.

The Targets I've been going to have gone stagnate so today I decided to go to TRU which in my area had already moved them back to the row of shame. Low and behold, there were two 3 man light jets. As far as quality, it looks great. The pic on the back of the box doesn't do it justice. Not wanting to assemble so I may find a better price than 30 bucks.

^Not gonna' lie, that Light Jet is awesome, and I want one, but it makes me sad we may never see an ultra-deluxe Recognizer or Tank.

Anyways, Valentine's Day is approaching, and while love and escape does not compute in the world of TRON, you can tell your special program what you think with Valentine and Pencil packs at Wal-Mart and Target. Wal-Mart's brand has better pencils, but Target's has probably the greatest valentine's day greeting ever:

"Fight the mcp. Save valentine!"

Laughing

Love it. Also, not short on TRON #2 pencils. heh heh.

Yeah, so far I have seen three different varieties of Legacy valentine offerings. There is the box with the valentines and pencils, the box with the valentines and poster, and the Wal Mart valentine mailbox. Personally, I found that last one the oddest, and coolest. It has great art on it and comes with red sticker letters and hearts, but it has these corny red lights that cycle on top when you open or close it. LMAO!

Thats not entirely true. A)I don't know the details on the UK Recognizer and tanks, and B)I know a guy who loves doing Tron projects (with questionable legal-ness) who has been planning a Recognizer. A BAD-ASS Recognizer at that!

...but other projects first!
